Position: HR Business Partner (Bilingual)

What Youll Do:

• Regularly meets with assigned Division(s) to understand staffing needs.
• Assists hiring managers with scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
• Conducts reference or background checks on job applicants.
• Processes tracks and maintains onboarding paperwork for assigned Division.
• Consults with Division management providing HR guidance when appropriate.

• Interpret and explain HR policies procedures laws standards or regulations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
• Assists the Human Resources Director with employee relations issue and investigations.
• Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring termination leaves transfers or promotions using HR management system software and paper filing system.
• Participates with special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.

What You Bring:

• 3 years of Human Resources experience with employee relations investigations and onboarding.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
  
• Certification: HR Certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR) a plus.
• Education:High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Able to demonstrate basic computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business customer or employee related information.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to maintain high levels of productivity meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
• Effective and professional communicator both written and verbal.
  
• Strong understanding of HR best practices employment laws and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
