Position: HR Business Partner (Bilingual)
What Youll Do:
- Regularly meets with assigned Division(s) to understand staffing needs.
- Assists hiring managers with scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
- Conducts reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Processes tracks and maintains onboarding paperwork for assigned Division.
- Consults with Division management providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Interpret and explain HR policies procedures laws standards or regulations.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
- Assists the Human Resources Director with employee relations issue and investigations.
- Maintain employment records related to events such as hiring termination leaves transfers or promotions using HR management system software and paper filing system.
- Participates with special projects and seeks additional responsibilities.
What You Bring:
- 3 years of Human Resources experience with employee relations investigations and onboarding.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is required.
- Certification: HR Certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR or SPHR) a plus.
- Education:High School Graduate/GED required. Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Able to demonstrate basic computer and keyboard skills to include MS Office Suite.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain required levels of confidentiality when entrusted with sensitive business customer or employee related information.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to maintain high levels of productivity meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Effective and professional communicator both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
