GE Vernova Services SingaporeJoin GE Vernova and help build robust repeatable inspection processes that support advanced repair this role you will qualify industrialize and sustain metrology and inspection technologies including CMM Blue Light Scanning and Vision Systems. This role will also implement and sustain automation solutions across repair processes. You will work across Engineering Quality and Operations to improve process capability consistency and efficiency in a safety-first environment.
Job Description
What youll do
Qualify and industrialize metrology and automation technologies for repair operations
Develop validate and document process methods work instructions and standard operating procedures
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Support technician capability development including inspection methods and GD&T application
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve Safety Quality Delivery and Cost performance
Ensure compliance with safety quality and operational requirements
What were looking for
Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Automation Engineering or a related technical discipline is essential
At least 23 years of experience in manufacturing repair or industrial operations is essential
Fresh graduates may also apply
Hands-on experience with metrology or inspection technologies such asCMM Blue Light Scanning and/or Vision Systems is essential
Knowledge in mechanical design PLC software or electrical engineering for automation technologies is essential
Experience in process development qualification validation or industrialization
Working knowledge ofGD&T
Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills
It would be great if you also have
Knowledge ofMeasurement System Analysis (MSA)
Experience supporting technical training or technician certification
Familiarity with continuous improvement and structured root cause problem-solving
Exposure to robotics in an industrial environment
