Job Summary

We are looking for an Industrialization Engineer to join our team and support an important customer in the automotive sector.

He/she will be able to assume the following activities:

Main link between R&D and plant
Gather data for R&D activities
Provide data from R&D to plant
Process monitoring
Validation trials rating and reporting
Level 1 analysis of the issues
On-site fast reaction
Plants continuous alignment
Regular reporting
Collaborate with R&D to developments (DfA DfM)
Collaborate to the validation activities (parts certification and inspections)

Qualifications :

Masters degree in mechanical engineering automotive engineering or equivalent
Good English and Italian knowledge both written and spoken
Team working and good communication skills
