Strategic Sales Analyst
Job Summary
Mission: Support the commercial organization by transforming sales data into actionable insight helping steer the salesforce identify opportunities and performance gaps and build efficient processes that improve execution and drive profitable growth.
Main Responsabilities:
- Identify sales opportunities trends and performance gaps across customers territories and product categories and drive actionable plans with the salesforce to capture growth.
- Support the development and optimization of commercial processes and reporting routines to improve efficiency.
- Influence sales strategy by delivering high-impact data-driven insights and recommendations ins sales meetings and business reviews.
- Investigate and solve issues related to sales data reporting and analysis.
- Partner closely with sales leadership to executive strategic actions and improve commercial execution.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
- Produce reports and dashboards to support salesforce steering and decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Management Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance analysis and evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence different levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of Excel.
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
