Product Security Officer

As we aim to further develop our product security across our organisation we are looking for a Product Security Officer who will lead our global product security program to centralise the ownership of the area. You will be defining and driving a global overarching product security framework ensuring secure-by-design and compliance. Moreover you will:
- Develop implement and maintain a global Product Security Framework covering all CoCs technologies and product lines
- Drive secure development practices and conduct product security risk assessments
- Coordinate vulnerability management SBOM penetration testing and secure update processes
- Ensure compliance with security standards and support customer inquiries audits and escalations
- Lead productrelated security incident management process
- Report product security KPIs and run internal training
- Ensure strong crossfunctional alignment between Customer Support Software Solutions and Engineering to harmonize product security activities
We are looking for a person who is exceptional at stakeholder management (customer) communication and excels at bringing people together aligning product security topics across global business segments. You can navigate in a complex global organisation and brings a solid understanding of cyber security in a machinery/equipment/hardware context. To succeed its important that you bring knowledge and experience with product security standards (IEC 62443 ISO 27001/2 NIS2) security architecture and risk analysis as well as threat modeling and vulnerability management. Moreover experience with Cloud/OT/software security is essential and we imagine that you have experience from a similar environment.
Reporting to our Director of Digitalization AI & Cyber Security you will be based in our BEUMER Group Denmark office in Aarhus along 900 colleagues working closely with global key stakeholders across the organisation.
