Job Description

Title: Logistics Associate

Location: Mthatha South Africa - Office

Summary:

The Warehouse Associate ensures proper procedures are completed with shipping/receiving of ATMs spare parts by performing the following duties.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Quality check ATMs being shipped and prepare ATMs spare parts for shipping including packaging according to NCR standards.
Arrange the time and date product will be ready to ship with the various freight companies.
Physical handling of inventory (inbound and outbound).
Verify all documentation is properly completed when shipments are picked up by freight company.
Properly check in inbound ATMs spare parts and other products.
Turn in all documentation to be scanned and sent.
Clear floor space as needed.
Perform complete cycle counts as needed.
Internal customer and suppliers liaison as well as system data updating and inventory activities reports maintenance
Overtime will be required.
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Basic computer skills.
Able to function successfully in a deadline-oriented environment.
Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
