The University has commenced its Digital Learning Environment (DLE) Programme to improve the experience of digital learning and teaching for all students and staff. Join our highly collaborative user-centred and solution-oriented team to help ensure the programmes success.

The Role Te Mahi
Our programme consists of four key projects: the Learning Management System Student Portal Curriculum Management System and Learner Insights.
Reporting to the DLE Programme Manager and working specifically within the Learner Insights project this role will work with the Project Manager to ensure project success by leading a key workstream. Were looking for someone curious and collaborative who can help us identify evidence based best practice in the field of learning analytics and incorporate that into our Learner Insights work. Partnering with teams across the University to refine approaches and data products and help teams to design effective measurable student support interventions.
Your Skills and Experience Kā pūkeka me kā wheako
Our ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate familiarity with tertiary education settings and be comfortable engaging with academics professional staff and students to gather feedback and validate detailed requirements.
Be comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity and uncertainty amidst a wider programme of change.
Have prior experience working within projects (essential) and understand the need to work to timelines/milestones.

This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) fixed term position for 12 months to align with the duration of the Digital Learning Management Programme.
