Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients staff contractors and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures location-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms outages and other critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout utility-related locations including buildings access points parking areas and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity verify credentials when required and support access control processes for employees vendors and/or visitors in accordance with site expectations.
• Assist with incident reporting daily activity logs and communication with site contacts and/or first responders while following Allied Universal standards and post orders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
