Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support engineering initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Develop execute and analyze trials for new materials and process improvements
• Create and maintain SOPs work instructions and quality documentation
• Drive process consistency accuracy and efficiency across production lines
• Qualify new materials and update product specifications as needed
• Partner with cross-functional teams including production quality and leadership
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement solutions

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments
• Strong attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset
• Self-motivated organized and able to operate independently

Preferred:

• Experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Familiarity with SolidWorks
• Understanding of industry standards such as ASME ASTM and ANSI
