The Job
As a Supply Chain Officer you play a key role in ensuring our daily logistics operations run smoothly within a fast-growing company. You will manage shipments from start to finish coordinate with partners across the supply chain and make sure goods move efficiently from suppliers to customers.
In this role you will work closely with and under the guidance of our Supply Chain Manager while acting as the central point of contact between suppliers logistics providers warehouses and internal teams. Youll take ownership of operations and resolve issues as they arise. You will be responsible for:

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments from booking through to final delivery

• Coordinate with freight forwarders transport providers and warehouses

• Monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve delays or issues

• Ensure timely customs clearance and accurate documentation

• Oversee warehouse activities and maintain accurate inventory records

• Work with ERP systems to keep logistics data up to date and reliable

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize costs

• Collaborate closely with teams such as Trade Finance and Sales

Who Are You
You are someone who takes ownership and enjoys making things run smoothly. Youre naturally organized detail-oriented and able to keep an overview even when multiple shipments and deadlines are moving at the same time. You dont wait for problems to escalate but you spot them early and take action. Youre comfortable working independently but also enjoy collaborating with others and communicating clearly across teams and external a fast-paced environment you stay calm structured and focused on solutions.

In addition you bring:

• A bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Business or a related field

• Around 35 years of experience in supply chain logistics or import/export operations

• Experience working with ERP systems and solid Excel skills

• A good understanding of international logistics and shipping processes
