This internship offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on Coheres HR operations while developing skills in data management system implementation and cross-functional collaboration. As an HR Data Intern youll play a critical role in ensuring the success of our Rippling HRIS implementationa project that will streamline processes improve data accuracy and enhance the employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in auditing and cleaning existing HR data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Help structure and document HR processes and workflows for Rippling.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
Support testing and validation of the Rippling system post-implementation.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Experience with data organization documentation or structured workflows.
A degree in Information Science Library Science HR or a related field (preferred but not required).
Familiarity with HR processes or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
