We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager CIP (Capital Improvement Projects) with expertise in Water Resources to lead complex multidisciplinary projects and support the continued growth of our Florida practice.

WhatYoullBring

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10 years of progressive experience in Water Resources and municipal consulting preferably within the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry
• Proven ability to lead small to large complex projects through planning design and deliverindependently and within multidisciplinary team environments
• Strong understanding of project financial performance including budgets profitability revenue forecasting and schedule impacts
• Experience managing teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions while meeting client expectations and business objectives
• Demonstrated success in developing managing and expanding key client relationships within the public sector
• Experience supporting or leading pursuit strategies proposal development and client interviews to win new work
• Established relationships with municipalities public agencies and/or regulatory entities in Florida with the ability toleveragethose relationships to grow market presence
• Strong interest in and commitment to advancing and growing the Water Resources practice in Florida
• Excellent technical writing verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-drive well-organized and team-oriented leader who mentors others and fosters collaboration across disciplines
