Position Summary

The Sales Associate plays a key role in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. This position is responsible for providing world-class customer service developing strong product knowledge and supporting overall store performance.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is personable detail-oriented and motivated to grow within a collaborative community-driven retail environment.

What Youll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Deliver exceptional personalized service to every customer
• Provide expert guidance on fit styling and product features
• Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and relationship-building
• Build and maintain a personal client base to encourage repeat business

Operations & Store Environment

• Maintain a clean organized and well-merchandised store
• Support inventory management and stockroom organization
• Assist with visual merchandising and product replenishment
• Help ensure operational efficiency across daily store functions

Omnichannel Support

• Partner with e-commerce customer service to ensure a seamless experience across channels
• Handle returns exchanges and customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Coordinate alterations and repairs ensuring timely follow-up with customers

Team Contribution

• Collaborate with team members to create a positive store culture
• Uphold company values in every customer and team interaction

What Were Looking For

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and organization
• Self-starter with a proactive positive attitude
• Passion for menswear styling and customer experience
• Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs and using ladders
• Able to navigate stairs and carry merchandise as needed
• Willingness to perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
