Principal Tech Program Manager, Alexa Smart Properties

Shape the future of AI-powered hospitality and senior living experiences at Amazon. Alexa Smart Properties is building the next generation of enterprise voice and multimodal experiences deployed at scale in hotels senior living communities and healthcare facilities worldwide.

As a Principal Technical Program Manager on this team youll drive the delivery of complex multi-team programs that bring Alexas AI capabilities to enterprise customers across the US Europe and beyond. Youll work at the intersection of innovative AI device software cloud services and real-world customer deployments partnering with engineering product UX and business teams to turn ambitious roadmaps into shipped products.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale programs spanning multiple engineering teams time zones and customer commitments
- Be the connective tissue between engineering product and business stakeholders driving clarity unblocking teams and keeping complex programs on track
- Work directly with enterprise customers (hotels senior living communities healthcare providers) and see the real-world impact of what you build
- Operate at the forefront of generative AI applied to enterprise use cases

- 10 years of engineering experience
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- 5 years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
