Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with experience in state or government roles who can work anywhere in California preferably in Sacramento.
Will oversee complex enterprise-level IT initiatives. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience aligning IT systems with business processes managing technical teams and contributing to the full software development lifecycle. This individual will play a key leadership role in guiding technical strategy system integration and team execution.

Required Qualifications:
Must have at least one year of experience working with the State of California experience
IT Systems Alignment
- Minimum of eight(8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes.
- At least five(5) years of this experience must be in a lead role.
TechnicalExperience
- Minimum of six(6) years of progressively complex experience and intermediate-level skills in system analysis design programming and testing.
Education
- BachelorsdegreeinanIT-relatedorEngineeringfieldfromarecognizedcollegeoruniversity.
- AMastersorDoctorateinanIT-relatedorEngineeringfieldispreferredbutnotrequired.
