Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Regional Director Healthcare Operations to lead and oversee multi-site operations across Sterile Processing (SPD) Transportation and Facilities. This leadership role focuses on driving operational excellence ensuring compliance developing leadership teams and aligning regional performance with organizational growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site SPD Transportation and Facilities operations
• Lead and mentor managers and leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (AAMI CDC CMS OSHA)
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational performance
• Standardize workflows and processes across sites
• Drive quality improvement and efficiency initiatives
• Collaborate with clinical and internal teams
• Support hiring training and leadership development

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AAMI CDC CMS DOT and OSHA regulations
• Proven experience leading multi-site healthcare operations
• Sterile Processing (SPD) experience (Required)
• Strong leadership strategic thinking and communication skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SPD logistics and facilities management
• Background in scaling healthcare operations
• Strong performance improvement and process optimization experience
• Experience working with health systems and clinical stakeholders

Education & Certification

• Bachelors Degree (Healthcare Business or related field) Required
• CRCST certification or equivalent Strongly Preferred

Experience

• 10 years of operational experience
• 5 years in regional or multi-site leadership roles
• Experience leading across multiple functions (SPD logistics facilities)
