Production Planner Day Shift

Location:Hillsboro OR
Schedule:ThursdaySaturday every other Wednesday 5:30 AM 6:00 PM (12hour compressed workweek)

Entegris is seeking afulltime Day Shift Production Plannerto support daily manufacturing operations at our Hillsboro Oregon facility. This role is a key contributor to production execution material readiness and system integrity across the plant.

As a Production Planner you will partner closely with theProduction Managers team Manufacturing Engineering Quality and Operationsto ensure production orders are accurately created prioritized and executed. You will play a critical role in maintaining production continuity by identifying system or process issues escalating risks anddrivingimprovements that enhance material and information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and updatepriority production schedules proactively communicating deviations from plan

• Partner withManufacturing Engineeringto generate accurate production plans ensuring correct bills of material aligned to product and customer requirements

• Review screen and updateraw material requirementsbased on inputs from Quality Planning and Engineering

• Ensurebatch data accuracy including preparation and printing of production batch documentation for Operations

• Update and manageproductionroutingsthrough approved and validated work centers based on product and customer specifications

• Track and escalateproduction constraints including SAP MES or LIMS downtime and other operating system issues

• Initiate and participate inprojects to improve system flow addressing both digital (ERP/MES) and physical material flow constraints on the factory floor

• Document and recordnonconformancesrelated to quality or process deviations

• Print pair and distributechange notices and trial documentationto applicable production batches

• Collaborate with Engineering onhold dispositionsand timely release of material back to production

• Investigate and resolveinventory discrepancies ensuring system and physical alignment

Qualifications & Skills

To be successful in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

• Ability to workpositively collaboratively and constructivelyin a teambased manufacturing environment

• Associate or Technical degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

• Working knowledge ofSAP LIMS and/or similar ERP/MESsystems

• Proven track record of contributing tooperational success and continuous improvementinitiatives

• Strong ability tocommunicate clearly and professionallyacross functions and with business leadership

• Excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills

• High level ofattention to detail accuracy and organization

• Selfmotivated with the ability to workindependently under general guidance
