Position Overview
Griffin Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Lot Attendant / Pickup & Delivery Driver to support daily dealership operations. This role is responsible for vehicle movement customer transportation and maintaining lot organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport customer vehicles to and from the dealership (pickup & delivery)
- Safely move and park vehicles on dealership property
- Maintain clean organized vehicle lot and service drive
- Assist service advisors and technicians with vehicle flow
- Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level cleanliness damage)
- Wash and prep vehicles as needed
- Provide professional customer interactions during pickups/deliveries
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous dealership or automotive experience
- Familiarity with local area for efficient routing
