This is a full-time opportunity working in a supportive AL/IL community with an on-site outpatient clinic allowing you to build meaningful relationships with residents while providing high-quality patient-centered care.

What Youll Do

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to residents in an AL/IL community and outpatient setting

• Develop individualized treatment plans that promote mobility independence and quality of life

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional care

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

What Were Looking For

â Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
â Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for licensure in Louisiana
â Passion for working with the geriatric population and improving functional outcomes
