Job Summary
Job Description: Proofreader
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and proofread various types of documents for errors in grammar spelling punctuation and formatting
- Ensure all content is accurate consistent and adheres to company standards
- Collaborate with the writing team to make necessary revisions and edits
- Verify facts and sources to ensure accuracy of information
- Ensure all content is engaging clear and free of any plagiarism
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in English Journalism Communications or related field
- Proven experience as a proofreader or editor
- Excellent knowledge of grammar punctuation and style guidelines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in proofreading or editing
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and writing styles
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $85000 - $105000 per year
