Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant - Saudi National to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization.
- Manage complex calendars schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements for executives
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders maintaining professional communication at all times
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and reports with a high level of accuracy
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion
- Organize and maintain filing systems both electronic and physical
- Coordinate and assist with the planning of corporate events and meetings
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls emails and visitors
- Perform general office management duties including ordering supplies and managing office equipment
- Assist with special projects and additional tasks as assigned by executives
Qualifications :
- Saudi national with fluency in Arabic and English (both written and verbal)
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within a corporate environment
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated experience in calendar management and travel coordination
- Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi business etiquette and cultural norms
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional and courteous demeanor
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Proactive approach to work with strong attention to detail
