Looking for a hands-on role with weekly pay and room to grow Join Newbold Services in Forest City NC as an Industrial Assembler.
Job Summary:
Newbold Services is hiring Industrial Assemblers for our Forest City NC plant. We are looking for dependable individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate machines to begin production cycles
Control and adjust machine settings such as speed
Feed raw materials or parts into semi-automated machines
Inspect parts using precision and measuring tools
Periodically test machine operation
Troubleshoot and fix issues during shifts
Monitor and check output for errors or defects
Maintain production records and activity logs
Ideal Candidate Should:
Be productive in a fast-paced environment
Have a strong work ethic and attention to quality
Be respectful and work well on a team
Be capable of working independently when needed
Be able to lift 2545 lbs consistently
Be willing to work overtime as needed
Job Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience (6 months or more) is preferred but not required we are willing to train motivated individuals
