Job Title: Cyber Command Identity & Access Management Project Manager (PM2)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the deployment of a citywide Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. This role focuses on reducing security risks related to unauthorized access and credential compromise while improving system reliability and security resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors technical teams and multiple agencies to ensure successful project delivery
- Manage cross-functional teams including scheduling budgeting and vendor oversight
- Support project planning proposal development and business case analysis
- Develop and maintain project charters cost estimates and delivery schedules
- Create dashboards reports and executive-level project documentation
- Track and manage project scope schedule and resource changes
- Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure adoption and rollout success
- Oversee issue resolution and project closeout activities
- Support Agile and Waterfall project execution methodologies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience managing Identity and Access Management projects
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Minimum 4 years of experience building dashboards and technical reports
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security Business Administration or related field
- PMP certification or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government or public sector organizations
- Knowledge of authentication systems in Windows and Linux environments
- Familiarity with NIST frameworks related to Identity & Access Management
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
- Willingness to travel within New York City as needed
