Bilingual Operations Specialist Miami, FL (Fluent in Portuguese)

Position: Bilingual Operations Specialist

Location: Miami FL

Contract Assignment: 5/25/2026 5/24/2027 (Potential Extension or Perm Placement)

Schedules: Monday Friday 9 AM 6 PM

Pay Range: $21.03 hourly paid weekly.
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Required to be fully onsite during training. Upon completion the schedule will transition to a hybrid model3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Position Summary:

• First point of contact for inquiries received in Latam (Brazil) Client Servicing department from high revenue clients via email or phone channel.
• Day to day activities will include being responsible for reading analyzing and/or determining appropriate handling and resolution of requests.
• Requests consist of treasury cash management card and/or depository products.
• May work with internal business partners to provide resolution to client inquiries issues and/or technical support.

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English and Portuguese Spanish is a plus.
• 1-2 years Banking/Financial industry experience.
• 1 years of experience working with customers.
• Multitasking (i.e. ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer)
• Microsoft Office Suite Word Outlook Excel PowerPoint.

Working Conditions:

• May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
