Job Summary
Trustbridge Hospice a proud part of Empath Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Inpatient Care team at Bethesda East. This is more than a jobits an opportunity to provide comfort dignity and peace during lifes most meaningful moments. You would work the following shift: Part time 2 days - 7pm - 7:30am with weekend availability

What youll Do:
As an Inpatient RN you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families through expert clinical care and heartfelt service.
- Support and carry out Trustbridge Hospices mission vision and values every day
- Coordinate comprehensive patient and family care under the direction of the primary physician
- Conduct thorough patient and family assessments
- Develop and manage the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) Care Plan
- Ensure seamless implementation and coordination of all interventions and services
- Place the comfort and dignity of patients and families as your highest priority
- Deliver consistently personalized sincere and engaging care
- Promptly and effectively address patient and family concerns
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality at all times
- Strive for complete patient and family satisfaction through exceptional nursing care
What Youll Need
- Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Florida.
- BSN preferred
- Hospice certification preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support Certification.
- One year in public health home nursing care oncology nursing medical/surgical nursing geriatric nursing or Hospice nursing preferred.
- Understanding of and ability to apply characteristics of Hospice Nursing: case management crisis intervention communication skills teaching skills thanatology skills and needs
- Basic computer skills and EMR software experience a plus.
- Adequate and reliable means of transportation with adequate insurance and valid Florida drivers license.
