Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury automotive sales and a proven track record of success. As Sales Manager you will manage and inspire the sales team to meet and exceed their sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead the Sales Team:Manage and inspire the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
Inventory Management:Oversee and optimize new car inventory ensuring an excellent selection for customers.
Customer Experience:Deliver a luxury sales experience that exceeds customer expectations fostering relationships and long-term loyalty.
Sales Strategy:Develop and execute sales plans to maximize performance and profitability.
Collaboration:Work closely with other departments including finance service and marketing to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer experiences.
Training & Development:Mentor coach and train sales team members to excel in their roles and grow within the company.
What Were Looking For
Experience: Proven track record as a New Car Manager or similar role in the automotive industry luxury automotive experience strongly preferred.
Leadership Skills:Ability to lead inspire and hold a team accountable to achieve goals.
Customer Focus: Strong understanding of luxury automotive customers and their expectations.
Sales Expertise:Exceptional sales skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Organizational Skills:Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for Luxury Vehicles: Knowledge and enthusiasm of luxury vehicles and the luxury automotive market.
