What Youll Do as a Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:

• Perform final inspections on furniture to ensure quality and appearance standards are met
• Stage products for shipment in an organized and efficient manner
• Wrap furniture to protect it during transport
• Load furniture onto trucks for delivery
• Transport parts across the Mill and Factory buildings to the correct departments or storage locations
• Handle a variety of furniture types including upholstered pieces and wood casework
• Lift and move heavy items throughout the day (up to 75 lbs.)
• Follow safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe workspace

Our Ideal Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Associate:

• Experienced: Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is a plus; forklift experience is preferred
• Team-Oriented: Works well with others in a collaborative warehouse environment
• Reliable: Shows up consistently and takes responsibility for getting the job done right
• Physically Capable: Comfortable with lifting moving and staying active throughout the day
• Detail-Focused: Ensures products meet quality standards before shipment

• $18/hour based on experience
• Monday-Thursday 6:30 am-4:00 pm Friday 6:30 am-10:30 am schedule
