Job Summary
Managed Services Delivery Manager
The Onsite Delivery Manager serves as the single point of accountability for Oracle Cloud Application Managed Services delivery within a designated customer account.
This role provides onshore coordination across ERP and EPM support streams ensuring alignment across delivery teams improving planning and forecasting and driving the strategic utilization of support capacityincluding backlog reduction and future initiative planning.
The position is focused on governance coordination and delivery oversight and does not perform hands-on technical ticket resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate between delivery teams and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and outcomes
- Act as the single point of accountability for ERP and EPM managed services delivery
- Lead planning efforts including backlog management prioritization of enhancements and strategic allocation of support hours
- Perform L3-level ticket triage including intake prioritization and routing to appropriate resources
- Drive backlog reduction through structured tracking prioritization and execution oversight
- Own stakeholder communication including status reporting issue management and escalation handling
- Enhance cross-team communication and improve overall responsiveness and service delivery effectiveness
