Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible applicants must:
- Be between 15 and 30 years of age at the start of employment
- Be a Canadian citizen permanent resident or protected person under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number (SIN)
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Student work permits are not eligible
Work Schedule:
- 30 hours per week
- June 30 August 29 2026 (9 weeks)
- Tuesdays: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Wednesdays: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Thursdays: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Malton

1. Logistics Operations Coordinator
Role Overview:
Support the day-to-day operations of the warehouse while building hands-on experience in logistics inventory management and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor food inventory and warehouse supplies
- Coordinate with donors and maintain strong communication
- Assist with organizing pickups and deliveries between sites
- Ensure warehouse operations follow safety and organizational procedures
- Support relationships with farmers markets and local donors
- Assist with client service shifts to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain quality control of food distribution
- Use internal databases to track volunteers and client information
- Issue donation receipts and acknowledgments

2. Client Shift Supervisor
Role Overview:
Lead front-line operations and ensure a positive respectful experience for all clients accessing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily client service operations
- Ensure efficient and respectful client intake and service delivery
- Train guide and assign volunteers
- Monitor quality and consistency of food distribution
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Handle on-site donations and receipts
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed

3. Seniors Well-Being Coordinator
Role Overview:
Support seniors in the community by promoting well-being connection and access to resources.

- Organize events that promote active and healthy lifestyles
- Connect seniors to community resources and programs

4. Youth Services Coordinator
Role Overview:
Work directly with youth to support leadership development engagement and access to opportunities.

- Support youth at risk newcomers and diverse groups
- Contribute to youth engagement strategies and program planning

Role Overview:
