The Opportunity

As Inhaus Surfaces accelerates its growth we are seeking a talented detaildriven Designer to join our Production Division. This is a handson productionfocused design role where digital craftsmanship directly impacts the quality of finished products delivered to customers.
You will work at the intersection of design technology and manufacturing transforming physical samples into highquality digital image files used in industrialscale printing. You will be fully trained on our proprietary processes and equipment and will quickly become an essential part of a fastmoving resultsdriven production environment.
This role offers a unique opportunity for designers who enjoy precision work value quality and want their skills applied in a realworld manufacturing contextnot just on screen.


Core Responsibilities:

  • Digitize original physical samples by scanning and creating highquality image files for industrial printing
  • Edit and refine image files using Photoshop to produce final Master Décor Files
  • Assess printed output and adjust image files to ensure accuracy color fidelity and consistency
  • Support daily production workflows to ensure orders are completed on time and to specification
  • Organize track and maintain physical samples through receiving storage scanning and return or disposal
  • Build and maintain a precise wellorganized digital image library
  • Operate specialized scanning and imaging equipment (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean wellorganized and safe work environment
  • Accurately record work and follow standard operating procedures
As the company continues to grow this role will expand in scope and responsibility offering opportunities to deepen technical expertise and contribute meaningfully to process improvement



Education and Knowledge

  • Diploma or degree in a related field such as Graphic Design Industrial Design or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
  • Welldeveloped eye for color texture and detail
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating digital image editing skill (required)


Experience

  • Experience with Photoshop in a professional or academic setting (required)
  • 1 year of experience in digital imaging production design or a related industry (an asset)
  • Experience with Illustrator or other 2D/3D design tools (an asset)

  • Attendance is required full time at the Inhaus Production Facility (in Richmond BC.)
