We are looking for a Controller Planning & Control to join our Finance team in Italy.

Reporting to the Planning & Control Manager you will play a key role in monitoring and improving the companys economic and financial performance supporting management through structured analysis and high-quality insights.

Your role

As Controller Planning & Control you will be directly involved in budgeting forecasting strategic planning and monthly closing activities acting as a key business partner for management and internal stakeholders.

You will contribute to strengthening financial governance supporting investment decisions and continuously improving controlling processes and tools.

Your responsibilities

• Support the preparation of theannual budget periodicforecastsandStrategic Plan including variance analysis and identification of key performance drivers.

• Monitor and analysefinancial and economic KPIs with a focus on profitability costs and margins.

• Performcost and margin analysisby product business line or business area.

• Supportmonthly closing activitiesand the preparation ofmanagement and Group reporting.

• Collaborate with business functions to monitor operational performance and support management decision-making.

• Analyse investments and support thefinancial evaluation of strategic projects.

• Contribute to theoptimisation of processes reporting tools and information flows.

• Support the continuous improvement of themanagement control system.

What we expect from you

• Degree inEconomics Management Engineeringor related disciplines.
• Experienceas a Controller preferably in structured and/or multinational environments.
• Knowledge ofgeneral and management accounting.
• Proven experience inbudgeting forecasting and reporting processes.

• Good knowledge ofERP systems(e.g. SAP Oracle).

• Excellent command ofExcel.

• Experience withfinancial consolidation and reporting systems(e.g. Oracle Hyperion Financial Management HFM).

• Knowledge ofBusiness Intelligence tools(e.g. Power BI).

• Analytical mindset attention to detail and a structured approach.

• Autonomy problem-solving attitude and ability totranslate numbers into actionable insights.

• Good communication skills and ability to interact withmultiple stakeholders.

• Good knowledge ofEnglish.

• Continuousimprovement mindset with awareness of process automation opportunities
