Job Summary
Essential Duties:
- Prepare and perform packaging as required by customer contract carrier and in-house specifications.
- Identify and package completed parts per customer specifications.
- File paperwork in appropriate places.
- Inspect and check all paperwork for accuracy prior to shipping any parts.
- Mark all parts prior to final inspection.
- Work with various departments especially scheduling to communicate schedule requirements for on-time shipment.
- Coordinate with packagers.
- Accurately scanning of job orders into the computer.
- Work in customer portals to ship items as required by contract and customer requirements.
- Examine contents and compare with records such as invoices to verify accuracy of outgoing shipments.
- Identify and mark completed parts per customer specifications.
