As a Talent Acquisition Manager you arent just managing a process; you are a key driver of our continued hiring success. You will lead a team of TA partners ensuring we hire with quality speed and that special Instabee spark. You report to our Chief People & Culture Officer and will play a vital role in making sure our talent pipeline is as efficient and as tech-forwardas our last-mile delivery.
The Mission
Leading the Swarm: Manage coach and develop a team of 2 TA Partners. You ensure the team stays aligned motivated and delivers on our ambitious targets & projects across all our markets.
Modernizing the Engine: We dont do old school. You will champion a modern TA approach leveraging automation AI-driven sourcing tools and sleek workflows to keep us ahead of the curve.
Strategic Partnership: You arent just a service provider; you are a strategic partner. Youll use your proven track record to influence business decisions workforce planning and organizational design.
Drive Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Lead by example by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for key strategic rolesfrom the first hello to a seamless pre-boarding experience.
Overseeing High-Volume & High-Impact: Balance the scales between massive operational scale-ups and niche specialist hiring across different business areas.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Continue to fine-tune our recruitment engine. Youll identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them before they impact the business.
Act as Instabee Brand Ambassador: Partner with our Communications & Design teams to ensure our Employer Brand is as iconic as our red & green parcel lockers.
Pivot Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to our Hiring Managers. You challenge them when needed and guide them through the Instabee way of hiring.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Hiring Velocity: Meeting quarterly headcount targets across assigned business units.
Quality of Hire: 12-month retention rates and initial performance ratings of new hires.
Team Health: High engagement and professional growth within your direct reports.
Candidate NPS: Maintaining a high satisfaction score throughout the recruitment journey.
Who you are
To thrive at Instabee you need to be a doer who leads. You are equally excited to dig in and drive recruitment processes hands on as a TA Partner as you are focused on evolving a high-performing TA function.
Experience: You have 7 years in Talent Acquisition with proven track record from leadership or lead role preferably from a fast-paced scale-up or tech environment.
Growth Mindset: You dont settle for good enough. You are constantly looking for ways to optimize automate and improve the candidate journey.
Data-Informed: You love a good dashboard. You use data to tell a story and to make informed decisions about where to put our efforts.
The Instabee Spirit: You are humble hardworking and possess a nothing is impossible attitude. You thrive in change and love the chaos of a growing business.
Communication: Fluent in English (Swedish is a big plus). You are a clear transparent and engaging communicator
