Were expanding our sales team in Stockholm and are looking for a Sales Specialist focused on new customer acquisition within the SME and Mid-Market segments.
In this role youll own the entire new business journey: from identifying and prospecting your own accounts to booking meetings running value-based sales conversations and closing deals. Youll be part of an ambitious supportive team that values curiosity initiative and leading by example while delivering results.

About the job
As a Sales Specialist youll be a key contributor to our Stockholm sales team. Your main mission is to drive new customer acquisition within the SME/Mid-Market segment (20350 employees) and guide customers from the very first outreach to a signed agreement. Every customer is different with unique needs expectations and levels of complexity. Youll work in a structured and data-driven way to prioritize accounts identify opportunities engage decision-makers and create long-term value for your customers. Your approach will set the standard for how proactive and customer-focused sales can be done.
In your day-to-day you will:
Prospect and build your own pipeline within your target segment
Seek out and qualify potential customers using calls email LinkedIn and other digital channels
Reach out to decision-makers and book your own meetings
Drive the entire sales process from first contact to signed agreement
Work in a structured data-driven way using modern CRM tools we use HubSpot
Deliver value-based sales conversations that solve real customer challenges
Act as a trusted advisor guiding customers through decisions and demonstrating best practices
Once a deal is signed youll hand over the customer to our Customer Success team ensuring a smooth implementation and long-term value throughout the partnership. Youll be selling one of the most competitive communication platforms in the telecom market helping businesses simplify how they communicate and collaborate every day.
Youll be part of our Stockholm sales team working closely with colleagues who also drive outbound sales share best practices and push each other to reach the next level.
About you
You enjoy proactively creating new business opportunities and building relationships from the very first conversation. Youre curious motivated by results and comfortable owning clear activity and revenue targets.
You likely have a few years of experience in outbound sales or business development where taking ownership guiding processes and setting an example for others are part of your everyday work.

Key skills and experience:A few years of experience in outbound sales or business development
Experience in proactively contacting and engaging potential customers
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Experience working with CRM systems in a structured and data-driven way HubSpot is a plus
Good to have:
Experience within Telecom SaaS or IT
Experience selling solutions to SME or Mid-Market organizations
