Job Summary

The sales department within BYD Europe is responsible for Go-to-market strategy quality sales network development service coverage product introduction as well as dealer management in Europe for BYD passenger car business with the aim to build strong network to bring ultimate value and satisfaction to our customers.

The Regional Sales Manager reports directly to the Country Manager.

About the Role:

  1. Process: Defining the sales cycle (e.g. lead generation qualification closing) and implementing structured methodologies.

  2. Planning & Strategy: Setting actionable sales goals defining territories and developing forecasting models to predict future revenue.

  3. Performance & Metrics: Monitoring KPIs evaluating sales data and reporting to ensure targets are met. Sales Data Analysis : transfer the sales data to actionable insights that help boost profitability enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Local purchasing behavior

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Force Management: Leading and organizing sales reps.

  2. Sales Operations: Handling technology CRM and sales support functions.

  3. Sales Strategy: Aligning sales efforts with company goals.

  4. New car launch:
    Analysis the local market and competitors position the sales opportunities
    Provide the sales data to support the Pricing Report
    Design the sales campaign and market campaign
    arrange the dealer and BYD team training.

  5. Uplift RV and Fleet Sales : provide local information and support to BYD IKA department help the IKA to implement BYD fleet policy support BYD IKA team bidding for fleet project.

  6. Others

Required skills qualifications and experience:

  • Solid working experience as Sales Manager or Retail Manager.

  • Extensive experience within automotive industry or mobility services.

  • Solid Financial knowledge and expertise on financial solutions.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

  • Excellent teamwork communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.

  • Resilient and open minded.

  • Results oriented.

  • Great negotiation skills.

  • Excellent English Serbian language skills.

  • Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.

  • Educational background in Business Administration Marketing Legal or Finance related education.
