Job Summary
Customer Quality Engineer
What youll do:
Ensuring the Quality in every productive process Cut & Sew applying the Quality Systems furthermore Local and Global standards. Reviewing and analyzing Quality concerns that can affect the Quality product applying zero defect defects and preventive philosophy. Prevent Philosophy Galvanizing People High Accountability Provide solution to every Customer Concern involving and leading AMG team through AS-063 Lead AMG team to provide the proper following up to every Jidoka Lead AMG team to develop a strategy to achieve DPMUs target measured in OPI Lead AMG team to develop a strategy to achieve Scrap target measured in OPI Provide the proper following up to every AFRs and closed on time
What is required:
Industrial mechanical or related engineering. Expertise on PPAP process. Expertise on Problem Solving (8Ds) and SPC. Expertise on PFMEA and Control Plan. Knowledge on MSA and GD&T. Knowledge on ISO-9001 and IATF-16949 Regulations and audits. Knowledge on manufacturing process. Knowledge on continuous improvement process PDCA Kaizen Jidoka Yokoten. Knowledge on Safety and Environmental Regulations.
