Job Summary
Command of 160 Divisional Support including all aspects of Equipment Support training administration and operational readiness.
Maintain standards of Equipment Support and Equipment Care in accordance with Service policy.
Oversee the delivery of the Coy to Collective Training Competence and Readiness criteria commensurate with the COs direction.
Oversee the career management and continuous professional development of all subordinate military personnel and civilian staff meeting MS reporting responsibilities in accordance with JSP 757.
Engage to Recruit. Meet the targets and comply with the COs Directive support initiatives as directed.
Control budgets and ensure Sqn administration is carried out in accordance with Service Regulations.
Maintain discipline of the Coy and exercise delegated powers as required.
Provide representation and community engagement liaison across the Sqn AOR on behalf of the CO.
Support Bn tasks initiatives and objectives as directed.
