IT Technician Forward-Thinking Secondary School Norwich (Norfolk)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Contract: Full-time Permanent
Salary: Paid to scale
We are seeking a technically skilled and proactive IT Technician to join a forward-thinking secondary school in Norwich. This is a key role supporting the effective use of technology across teaching learning and administration.
The successful candidate will maintain IT systems troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support to staff and students. You will also contribute to ongoing IT development projects and ensure systems remain secure and up to date.
This role requires strong technical knowledge problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a range of users.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support across the school
Maintain hardware software and network systems
Support classroom technology
Manage user accounts and permissions
Assist with IT upgrades and projects
Ensure system security and compliance
Requirements:
IT qualification or relevant experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work independently and in a team
