Responsibilities
Manage the school library ensuring it remains a technology-rich and inspiring research hub.
Lead literacy initiatives and reading clubs to build student confidence and communication skills.
Curate a diverse and scholarly collection of resources to support the GCSE and A-Level curriculum.
Collaborate with the English department on school-wide festivals of literature and creative writing.
Requirements
Degree in a related field or a library qualification.
A passion for literature and a commitment to maintaining high standards of academic discipline.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to inspire a deep love for reading.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
