Job Summary
A prestigious Independent school on the border of Islington and Hackney is seeking a scholarly and energetic Mathematics Teacher for a full-time temporary role starting on 1st May 2026. This is an immediate requirement for a practitioner who enjoys delivering a rigorous curriculum within a creative non-selective setting.

Responsibilities * Deliver high-quality Mathematics lessons across KS3 and KS4 fostering a deep understanding of numerical theory and problem-solving.
Adapt teaching methods to support an inclusive environment catering to a diverse range of academic backgrounds.
Support the spiritual moral social and cultural development of each child through the Mathematics curriculum.
Participate in the schools enrichment programme which may include local walks or visits to Londons historical sights.
Work collaboratively within a supportive department that values professional excellence and scholarly inquiry.
Requirements * Degree in Mathematics or a related STEM field.
PGCE or QTS.
A commitment to educating the whole child and a passion for inclusive education.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits * Full-time temporary contract (Immediate start).
