Job Summary
A leading academy in Manchester is seeking a proactive and compassionate Welfare Lead for a full-time role starting ASAP. This position is ideal for a practitioner who enjoys building strong relationships with families to ensure every student is safe and engaged.

Requirements
Proven experience in a safeguarding or welfare-focused role (Level 3 Safeguarding training is a plus).
A compassionate yet firm approach to communication with parents and students.
Proficiency in tracking welfare data and producing case reports.
Must have the right to work in the UK.
