Responsibilities

• Manage the primary admissions cycle including Reception intake and mid-year transfers.

• Oversee the maintenance of student records ensuring compliance with GDPR and safeguarding protocols.

• Facilitate school tours and open events acting as an ambassador for the academys pioneering values.

• Provide accurate data exports for local authority reporting and internal assessment tracking.

• Support the School Business Manager with general operational tasks during peak periods.

Requirements

• Experience in a primary school office or a client-facing data role.

• A humane supportive approach to communication with diverse families.

• A pioneering spirit and a willingness to embrace new digital systems.

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
