The Role The successful candidate will provide visionary leadership for the Mathematics department shaping a broad and inclusive curriculum that celebrates problem-solving and mathematical fluency. You will lead on the delivery of KS3 KS4 and KS5 Mathematics including Further Maths while mentoring a team of specialist teachers and support staff. The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.

• Experience in a leadership or coordination role within a Mathematics department.

• A passion for a wide variety of mathematical applications and a commitment to academic excellence.

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex data sets and timetabling requirements.

• A proven ability to motivate both students and staff through positive lead-by-example management.
