Job Title: Solar PV Channel Manager (m/f/d)
Job Location: Düsseldorf Germany
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for connecting strategic partners in the European Digital Power business and building a high-quality partnership platform; actively identifying opportunities and collaborating with partners to develop distributors and installers driving sustainable growth of the digital power business. With NCs and installers as the primary customers continuously strengthen customer satisfaction management and work with partners to elevate the cooperation level with NCs and installers. By managing transaction models and contract quality continuously improve transaction quality.
Lead and coordinate company resources to achieve strategic alignment with partners in product solutions and customer business needs. Monitor changes in the industry environment and competitive dynamics and strive to create a healthy and compliant business environment supporting the companys business objectives in this business unit.
Responsible for the development of the partner ecosystem. This includes formulating partner development strategies and policies managing partner certification and development building a digital channel operation platform and establishing a sustainable regional partner ecosystem to support partners in achieving their business objectives.
Responsible for formulating partner policies and processes within the region as well as external communication release and interpretation of these policies and processes while ensuring internal implementation monitoring and compliance control.
Daily data analysis capability: regular monitoring and analysis of key business data including visualization root cause analysis and reporting (Revenue PSI WOS rebates etc.). Strong data sensitivity attention to detail and high sense of responsibility required.
Main Responsibilities:
Several years of experience in channel management.
English as a working language; proficiency in a second European language is required; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
Good knowledge of photovoltaic (PV) systems energy storage systems (ESS) EV charging technologies as well as associated solutions and products; B2C/B2B experience required; relevant industry background preferred.
Excellent relationship management communication and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Good planning and organizational skills.
