Job Summary
Position Purpose:
The Non-CDL Driver for Heritage Pool is responsible for operating a vehicle for transporting goods products or materials to various destinations without the need for a Commercial Drivers License (CDL).
Key Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently operate a non-CDL vehicle ensuring all products goods or materials are transported to their destinations.
Perform pre and post vehicle inspections and report any discrepancies.
Load and unload vehicle as required.
Follow delivery schedule and communicate any delays or issues promptly.
Provide excellent customer service during the delivery and pick-up operations.
Maintain accurate logs of all transport and vehicle maintenance.
This position requires daily local travel.
This role involves regular physical activity including lifting loading and unloading goods and long hours of driving. Candidates must be physically fit and able to frequently lift up to 50lbs.
Possession of a valid state drivers license.
Clean driving record.
Familiarity with using navigation systems.
Proficiency in English required for communication regarding safety.
Able to pass a background driving and drug screen.
Minimum Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum Years Of Work Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience
