Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) Financial Services Innovation (FSI) is recruiting for a Senior Automation Specialist role in Manila Philippines who will design robust IA solutions establish development standards build sustainable automations and mentor both citizen and IA Team developers to support their growth and the Citizen Development program.

Key Responsibilities:

The DPS IA Sr Developer will support GS Finance for the Orthopaedics Business. Responsibilities include:

Automation Design Development Test Delivery Support:

• Lead and run the automation design development deployment and quality assurance in accordance with the GS Finance IA delivery methodology
• Document solution design related to IA projects.
• Test automations with process SMEs and business partners
• Ensure successful deployment of automations into production without impacting existing automations and operations
• Provide L2/L3 support on production automations

Technical Architect:

• Translate conceptual to-be business process into technical design
• Recommend the best fit technology for each automation use case
• Incorporate Enterprise standards other automation techniques and technical acuity to follow and improve IA Teams Development standards.
• Act as an architect of knowledge identification & develop an inventory/directory of reusable automation assets

Design & Code Reviews:

• Review Peer and Citizen Developer automation designs and code development for quality control and adhering to development standards
• Share standard methodologies knowledge and automation experiences with other IA Team and citizen developers to further develop IA talent

IA Technology Capabilities:

• Assess technology availability to address requirements; identify procure and evaluate tools.
• Understand the breadth of IA technologies and resolve best fit for purpose tools regardless of complexity of solutions.

Qualifications

Education:

Required: A minimum of a Bachelors Degree in Business Finance & Accounting Information Technology Data Science AI Engineering or Computer Science is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required 5 Years of Experience:

• In a shared service organization preferably within Finance
• As developer of intelligent automation solutions and/or leading CI projects preferably within the Finance/Accounting function
• Reviewing and approving solution designs development code reviews while following and improving development standards with Intelligent Automation technologies

Required Technical Skills:

• Proficient in developing automation and data solutions using advanced Python and VBA Alteryx flows SQL databases RPA with UiPath MS Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and experienced with Microsoft Copilot Copilot agents and other Agentic and Gen AI platforms.
• Skilled in architecting automation solutions by translating business requirements into technical implementations through collaboration with business stakeholders and Intelligent Automation teams.
• Experienced in leading and mentoring developers and utilizing ERP systems such as SAP JDE Salesforce as well as other non-ERP platforms.

Required Knowledge and Abilities:
