Currently we are looking For Developer 2 for Hyderabad Location.

We are looking for a mid-level developer to join our engineering team. You will work across a mix of modern and legacy systems taking ownership of features from requirements through delivery. The role involves both greenfield development and maintaining established codebases so versatility matters.

Our team works with a daily standup and async communication. We value autonomy and results-driven work.

You are not expected to be an expert in every technology listed above but you must demonstrate ability to learn and adapt quickly. Prior experience and one frontend framework is required.

What You Will Actually Do

Build and maintain features across backend and frontend working from functional specs and direct collaboration with the product team

Debug and troubleshoot production issues independently including in legacy codebases you did not write

Write meaningful automated tests (unit integration) before submitting code for review

Perform code reviews for peers and provide constructive specific feedback

Work with legacy VB and Classic ASP systems: read understand and modify code that may be 15 years old

Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements build automation and deployment processes

Identify technical debt and propose refactoring strategies with clear justification

Communicate progress blockers and technical decisions clearly in English (written and verbal)

• Bachelorsdegree or equivalent experience
• Experience with data structures algorithms and software design
• Experience with continuous software delivery
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java C/C C# Objective C Python or JavaScript.
• Experience working in Windows/Linux development environment working with open source tools/platforms
• Experience with build environments and delivery pipelines
• Experience with test automation and continuous integration tools
• Knowledge of software application testing tools methodologies and process framework
• Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
• Good collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
• Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with oversight
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Good attention to detail

3 years of professional development experience /C# in production environments

Strong experience with at least one frontend framework (Angular preferred React acceptable)

Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL (not just ORM magic)

Demonstrated ability to work with legacy/unfamiliar codebases

Experience with Git workflows CI/CD and automated testing

English communication: ability to participate in daily standups write clear PR descriptions and explain technical decisions in writing

Self-driven: you identify problems and fix them without being told

Strong Plus

Experience with Entity Framework (Code First and Database First)

Familiarity with or VB6 legacy systems

Docker and containerization experience

Experience with microservices architecture

Background in enterprise/SaaS product development
