Junior Supply Chain Operational Specialist

In the role of Junior Supply Chain Operational Specialist you will support our growing production and logistics operations and the daily operational activities of the supply chain team by ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in supply chain logistics and quality control within the textile or fashion industry.

Tasks

• Manage inbound inventory and coordinate incoming shipments ensuring smooth product flow into the warehouse
• Handle outbound operational requests and support the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team
• Manage packaging materials including monthly and ad hoc packaging orders as well as care label management
• Conduct weekly quality control checks on product samples including capacity testing and product verification
• Inspect and review samples received in the Prague office and document any quality issues
• Communicate quality findings and collaborate with production and supply chain teams to resolve issues
• Coordinate closely with production logistics suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operations

Requirements

• Initial experience in operations logistics production or supply chain (internships also welcome)
• Advanced Excel skills and a structured detail-oriented working style
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Interest in textiles fashion garment industry production processes and/or product quality
• Fluency in Czech and English
