Tasks

Your tasks on deck:

• Independently manage the entire sales process in the Netherlands from proactive lead generation and onboarding to long-term partnership development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors therapists) retailers and key business partners to drive brand growth.
• Act as the face of NORSAN at industry congresses and events strengthening the brands reputation and presence within the Dutch market.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B and B2C clients overseeing order management and ensuring premium service quality.
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate with internal teams (Marketing Logistics) to scale and optimize Dutch business operations.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Native or fluent Dutch speaker with strong English skills (German is a plus)
• Experience in sales account management & customer success
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proactive structured and hands-on mindset
• Interest in health nutrition or supplements is a plus
