We are hiring Sales Consultants to join our team! We provide continuous online and hands-on training for all positions a fantastic culture with monthly cook-outs and fishing tournaments and opportunities for advancement which will help you grow at Walker Automotive!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives planned activities reviews and analyses.
• Bring your A game & a positive attitude with you every day.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous dealership experience is not required but a plus!
• Comfortable with compensation based on commission sales
• Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
• Outgoing with a friendly personality especially while handling objections & negotiating pricing
• Have quality customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills
• Must have a clean & valid drivers license
• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
